What resolution do you scan?

We scan all of our photos at 600 DPI to capture fine details, textures, and colors with accuracy.

Do you enhance the photos in any way?

We will correct your photo’s exposure, contrast, saturation, and any red-eye appearing in the photos. Your photo scans will be delivered as JPEG files.

What is the maximum photo size you can scan?

We’ll scan anything up to 8 in x 10 inches.

In what order will my photos be scanned?

It’s best to organize your photos by size for scanning. However, if you have a preference for the order of how they’re scanned, we will accommodate that.

When photos come with sticky spots or if they’re too thick to run through our equipment, this can cause the order to get jumbled.

Do I get my pictures back?

We will return your photos in the same condition as we received them.

Do you archive my photo scans?

We retain an archive of your images for two months for your protection and convenience. This allows you to order additional copies of your transfer or to retrieve them in the unlikely event that your return shipment is delayed or lost.

Do you scan photos from my photo albums?

Photos should be sent to us loosely stacked, not bound together. Ziplock bags, envelopes, or secured rubber bands will work for packaging.
