Yes, we automatically adjust brightness, contrast, saturation, and red-eye, and also restore faded colors and correct lines and streaks on photos. You will receive JPEG files of both the original, uncorrected scan and our corrected version.

We encourage customers to group photos of the same size together; however, if that doesn’t work for your project we can scan them in the order you indicate. In some cases, photos may not be in the exact order due to errors encountered during a scan, or due to photos we can’t scan such as polaroids, photos with dirt or sticky substances on them, or photos that are too thick to run through our equipment.
Yes, you get your photos back in the same condition they were sent to us.
Yes, we keep an archive of your images for 2 months. This is for your protection and convenience in case you want additional copies of your transfer at a later date, or in the very unlikely event that your return shipment is delayed or lost.
No, all photos must be loosely stacked when sent to us. You can send them in ziplock bags, envelopes, or banded together.
Yes, we can’t scan photos that are thicker than normal prints. This includes Polaroids, some postcards, etc. We can’t scan photos that are torn or that have stickers on the back.
