In what resolution do you scan photos?

For clear and quality digital memories, we scan photos at 600 DPI.

Will you enhance the photos when digitizing?

Our team will automatically adjust the brightness, saturation, contrast, and red-eye. Scanned photos delivered as JPEG files.

What is the largest size photo you can scan?

We’ll scan anything up to 8 inches by 10 inches.

How will my photos be organized?

When turning in photos to scan, we recommend that customers group photos of the same size together. If that doesn’t work for your project, we can also scan them in the order you prefer.

Occasionally, minor errors, such as dirt, sticky substances, or photos that are too thick to run through equipment, can cause photos to scan out of order. We cannot scan Polaroids, so including these in your order may also cause errors.

Will I get my photos back?

We will give you your original photos back in the condition we received them in.

Will My Photo Scans be Archived?

Your photos are safely archived with us for two months after the initial scan in case you want additional copies of your transfer later or if your shipment is lost or damaged.
